藤茶是湖南省江华瑶族自治县瑶族人民作为保健茶饮用的草药,系葡萄科植物显齿蛇葡萄 Ampelopsis grossedentata(Hand.-Mazz.) W.T.Wang.我们的研究证明,藤茶主要含 3、3、4、5、5'、7-六羟基-2,3-双氢黄酮醇,即双氢杨梅树皮素(dihydromyricetin).双氢杨梅树皮素具有显著的扩张血管和钙拮抗作用.本文报道藤茶的形态和组织粉末显微特征,为藤茶的生药鉴定和利用提供参考依据。

“Tengcha”, a folk medicinal herb used for centuries by the Yao nationality in Hunan province as a health care beverage, was botanically identified as Ampelopsis grossedentata (Hand.-Mazz.) W. T. Wang (Vitaceas). Our recent study showed that it contains 3, 3', 4', 5, 5', 7-hexahydroxy-2, 3-dihydroflavanonol (dihydromyricetin), which can inhibit the contraction of rabbit aortic strips evoked by noradrenaline and high K⁺ solution. The morphological and histological features for the identification of this Chinese medicinal herb is illustrated in this paper.
