[摘要]
采用侧脑室注射谷氨酸诱发脑水肿,观察清开灵和654-2对谷氨酸神经毒性脑水肿的影响,结果发现;侧脑室注射谷氨酸可引起双侧大脑弥漫性脑组织水和钠含量增加,而伊文思蓝含量无明显的变化;大剂量清开灵可减轻谷氨酸所致脑组织水及钠含量的增加,而小剂量清开灵和654-2无明显作用,提示清开灵具有直接抗谷氨酸神经毒性作用,其作用与其剂量有关.

Rat cerebral edema models were prepared by lateral ventricular injection of glutamic acid which induced dispersive bilateral cerebral edema causing water retention and increase of sodium content.Large doses of Qingkailing(an injection made from Chinese crude drugs with the origin-al prescription of Angongniuhuang Pill used in the treatment of cerebral blood vessel disease)(30mL/kg)can alleviate the accummulation of water and increase of sodium ion in the brain tissues,but lower doses(20mL/kg)of Qingkailing and 6542 were without effects.This result sugge-sted that the anti-glutamate induced neurotoxicity of Qingkailing was dose dependent.
