[摘要]
从中越猕猴桃Actinidia indochinensis的根部中分离得到 5个化合物,根据其理化性质和波谱分析,分别鉴定为2α,3α,24-三羟基-12-烯-28-乌苏酸(I),2 β,3β,23-三羟基-12-烯-28-乌苏酸(Ⅱ),24-hydroxytormentric acid(Ⅲ),熊果酸(Ⅳ)和β-谷甾醇(Ⅴ),以上化合物均首次从该植物中获得,其中化合物Ⅲ为从该属植物中首次分离得到.

Five compounds were isolated from the root of Actinidia indochinensis Merr.and identified as 2α,3α,24-trihydroxy-urs-12-en-28-oi acid(Ⅰ), 2β,3β,23-trihydroxy-urs-12-en-28-oi acid(Ⅱ),24-hydroxytormentric acid(Ⅲ),ursolic acid(Ⅳ)and β-sitosterol by spectral data and physicoch-emical properties.Commpound Ⅲ was isolated from Actinidia L.for the first time.
