自鞭柱唐松草根Thalictrum smithii分离鉴定了4个化合物,24S-环菠萝蜜烷-3β,16β,24,25,30-五醇-3-O-(2-O-β-D-木糖基)-β-D-木糖苷(Ⅰ)、A胡萝卜苷 (Ⅱ)、小檗碱(Ⅲ)和5-羟基-4'-甲氧基黄酮7-O(6-α-L-鼠李糖基)-β-D-葡萄糖苷(Ⅳ),其中Ⅰ为一新的天然产物,并应用光谱和化学方法鉴定了其结构.

From the root of Thalictrum smithii Boivin,a new triterpene glycoside,24S-cycloartane-3β,6β,24,25,30-pentaol-3-O-(2-O-β-D-xylosyl)-β-sitost-erol-3-O-β-D-glucoside(Ⅱ),berberine(Ⅲ)and 5-hydroxy-4'-methoxyflavono-7-O-(6-O-a-L-rhamnoayl)-β-D-glucoside(Ⅳ) were isolated.Their struct-ures were determined by spectroscopic and chemical methodes.
