从列当科植物肉苁蓉 Cistanche deserticola中分得10个化合物,通过理化常数、光谱数据及X-衍射分别鉴定为苁蓉素(Ⅰ)、梓醇(Ⅱ)、丁香苷(Ⅲ)、红景天苷(Ⅳ)、2,5-二氧-4-咪唑烷基-氨基甲酸(Ⅴ)、甘露醇(Ⅵ)、硬脂酸(Ⅶ)、β-谷甾醇(Ⅷ)、胡萝卜苷(Ⅸ)和甜菜碱(Ⅹ).其中V为新的天然产物,Ⅱ为首次从本属植物中分得.I、Ⅲ、Ⅳ为首次从该种植物中分得.

Ten compounds were isolated from Cistanche deserticola Y.C.Ma.On the basis of chemical evidences,spectral analysis and X-ray diffraction,they were identified as cistanin(Ⅰ),catalpol(Ⅱ),syringin(Ⅲ),salidroside(Ⅳ),2,5-dioxo-4-imidazolidinyl-carbamic acid(Ⅴ),D-mannito1(Ⅵ),stearic acid(Ⅶ),B-sitosterol(Ⅷ),daucosterol(Ⅸ) and betaine(Ⅹ).V was isolated as a natural product for the first time,Ⅱ was isolated from this genus for the first time,and Ⅰ,Ⅲ and N were isolated from this plant for the first time.
