从康定乌头Aconitum tatsinenense的块根中分得 9个单体成分,根据波谱数据分析,分别鉴定为印乌碱(indaconitine,Ⅰ),粗茎乌碱甲(crassiculineA,Ⅱ),dolichotineA(Ⅲ),8-乙酰-14-苯甲酰查斯曼宁(8-acetyl-14-benzoyl-chasmanine,Ⅳ),查斯曼尼丁(chasmaconitine,Ⅴ),滇乌碱(yunaconitine,Ⅵ),塔拉萨敏(talatisamineⅦ ),8-去乙酰滇乌碱(8-deacetylyunaconitine,Ⅷ)和查斯曼宁(chasmanine,Ⅸ)。

Nine known diterpenoid alkaloids have been isolated from the root of Acoreitum tatsinenense Finet et Gagnep.Their structures were identified as indaconitine(I),crassicauline A(Ⅱ),dolichotine A(Ⅲ),8-acetyl-l4-benzoyl-chasmanine(Ⅳ),chasmaconitine(V),yunaconitine(Ⅵ),talatisamine(Ⅶ),8_deacetylyunaconitine (Ⅷ) and chasmanine(Ⅸ)on the basis of spectral data.
