从毛茛科植物天葵 Semiaquilegia adoxoides(DC.) Mak.干燥全草中分得一种黄酮双糖苷称天葵苷(semiaquilinoside),经理化及波谱分析,确定其结构为着刺槐素-(1→2)-O-α-L-鼠李糖基-6-C-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷.

Two flavonoid glucosides (Ⅰ and Ⅱ)were isolated from the aerial part of Semiaquilegia adoxoides (DC.) Makino (Ranunculaceae) by repeated column chromatography with silica gel. The structure of Ⅰ, named as semiaquilinoside was established as acacetin(→2″)-O-α-L-rhamnosy1-6-C-β-D-glucopyranoside by spectral methods and X-ray analysis.
