用HPLC法测定蒲公英中氯原酸的含量。采用HPHypersicC¹⁸柱，200mm×2.1mm，流动相甲醇-磷酸缓冲液(23:77，流速1.0mL/min，检测波长323um。测定结果平均回收率为99.54%，RSD=2.85%。

A method for the determination of chlorogenic acid in Herba Taraxaci was reported. Using HP Hypersic C¹⁸Column(200 mm X 2. 1 mm，5pm),with a mobile phase of methanol-potassium phosphate(23 ，77,pH4. 2),a detecting wavelength at 323 nm,and a flow rate of 1 mL/min ,the content of chlorogenic acid was found to be about 0. 5%; the recovery rate was 99. 54%, RSD 2. 85 %. The method is very stable and ac- curate.
