从滇白珠Gaultheriayunnanensis(Franch.)Rehd.根的氯仿提取物中分离得到11个化合物，其中7个化合物经理化性质和波谱分析分别鉴定为东莨菪素(Ⅰ)，棕榈酸(Ⅱ)，胡萝卜苷(Ⅲ)，(+)-lyoniresinol(Ⅳ)，(-)-5′-甲氧基异落叶松树脂醇(Ⅴ)，3，4，5-三甲氧基苯甲酸(Ⅵ)和乙酰丁香酸(Ⅶ)。化合物Ⅴ为一新天然产物，其它6个化合物为该属植物中首次报道。

A new natural product, (-)-5'-methoxyisolariciresinol (Ⅴ)and six known compounds,scopoletin (Ⅰ),pa1mitic acid (Ⅱ),daucosterol (Ⅲ), (+)-lyoniresino1 (Ⅳ), 3, 4, 5-trimethoxy-benzoic acid(Ⅵ),acetylsyringic acid (Ⅶ)were isolated from the CHCl3, fraction of the root of Gaultheria yunnanensis(Franch.)Rehd.. Their structures were elucidated by chemical and spectral analysis. The six known com-pounds were found from genus Gaultheria for the first time.
