通过扫描电镜观察，对产自东北的6种马勃的孢体粉末进行了此较，发现孢子、孢丝的特征可作为马勃类药材分种鉴定的可靠手段，为合理用药提供鉴别依据。

Powders of the fruitbodies of 6 species of Gasteromycetes produced in Northeast China were compared by examining their spores and hyphae with scanning-electron microscope. It was found that the characteristic features of the spore and the hypha may be used as one of the methods to classify Gasteromycetes species which provided a scientific basis for the rational use of fungal drugs.
