                  从秦岭大黄RheumqinlingenseY.K.Yang,D.K.ZhangetJ.K.Wu根茎的乙醇溶性部分分得10个化合物,经光谱学鉴定,它们的结构分别为大黄酚(chrysophanol,Ⅰ)、大黄素甲醚(physcione,Ⅱ)、芦荟大黄素(aloe-emodin,Ⅲ)、大黄素(emodin,Ⅳ)、大黄酚8-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(chrysophanol8-O-β-D-glucopyranoside,Ⅴ)、大黄素甲醚8-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(physcione8-O-β-D-glucopyranoside,Ⅵ)、芦荟大黄素8-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(aloe-emodin8-O-β-D-glucopyranoside,Ⅶ)大黄素8-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(emodin8-O-β-D-glucopyranoside,Ⅷ)、大黄酸(rhein,Ⅸ)和大黄酚8-O-β-D-(6′-O-丙二酸单酰基)吡喃葡萄糖苷[chrysophanol8-O-β-D-(6′-O-malonyl)glucopyranoside,Ⅹ]。其中化合物Ⅹ系新化合物,Ⅵ和Ⅷ为首次从秦岭大黄中分得。

                  [Abstract]
                  From the rhizomes of Rheum qinlingense Y. K. Yang, D. K. Zhang et J. K. Wu, a new anthraquinone,named chrysophanol-8-O-β-D- (6′ -malonyl)glucopyranoside (Ⅹ),was isolated together with nine known compounds,i. e. chrysophanol (Ⅰ), physcione(Ⅱ),aloe-emodin (Ⅲ),emodin (Ⅳ),chrysophanol-8-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (Ⅴ),physcione-8-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(Ⅵ),aloe-emodin-8-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(Ⅶ),emodin-8-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (Ⅷ), and rhein (Ⅸ). Their structures were determined by spectroscopic means. Compounds Ⅵ, Ⅶ and Ⅷ were isolated for the first time from the rhizomes of R. qinlingense.
