首次从藏药“生等”，即鼠李科猫乳属植物西藏猫乳Rhamnella gilgitica的干燥心材中分离并鉴定了9个黄酮体化合物，分别是墨沙酮(maesopsin，Ⅰ)，香橙素(aromadendrin，Ⅱ)，柚皮素(naringenin，Ⅲ)，山柰酚(kaempferol，Ⅳ)，懈皮素(quercetin，Ⅴ)，花旗松素(taxifolin，Ⅵ)，顺-4，6，4’-三羟基异噢［(z)-4，6，4’-trihydroxyaurone，Ⅶ］，4，6，4’-三羟基异噢(4，6，4’-trihydroxyisoaurone，Ⅷ)，山柰酚-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖甙(kaempferol-7-O-β-D-glucoside，Ⅸ)．其中化合物Ⅰ为主要成分，得率0．41％；化合物Ⅷ为首次从天然界获得。

Shengdeng, a traditional Tibetan medicinal herb, is the heartwood of Rhamnella gilgitica Mansf. et Melch (Rhamnaceae) Nine flavonoids were isolated for the first time,by extraction with 70% alcohol. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectral data and physico-chemical properties as maesopsin (Ⅰ, yield 0. 41%,a major constituent), aromadendrin (Ⅱ),naringenin (Ⅲ), kaempferol (Ⅳ), quercetin (Ⅴ),taxifolin (Ⅵ), (Z)-4, 6, 4' -trihydroxyaurone (Ⅶ), 4, 6, 4' -trihydroxyisoaurone (Ⅷ)and kaempferol-7-Oβ-D-glucoside(Ⅸ). Compound Ⅷ was obtained from nature for the first time.
