雪莲花种子在1/2MS培养基上萌发出幼苗。以不同条件研究了雪莲花愈伤组织诱导及培养。应用高压液相色谱法对培养物中的具有抗癌作用的黄酮jaceosidin进行了分析。

Seedlings were germinated from seeds of Saussurea irevolucrata in 1/2MS medium.Different conditions for the inducement of calli and tissue culture in S. involucruta were investigated. A sensitive and rapid high-performance liquid chromatographic method has been used for detecting the jaceosidin with anticancer activi-ty.
