[摘要]
介绍采用流动注射分析技术,以NaNO2<-sub>、Al(NO3<-sub>)3<-sub>、NaOH溶液为流动相,测定小儿清热解毒口服液中总黄酮的分析方法。该法克服了经典分析方法分析时间长,反应时间不好控制等缺点,其分析速度达150次-h,以芦丁为对照品,在50~250μg-mL,内呈良好线性关系,其方程为:C=8.407×10-5<-sup>H—33.88,r=0.9997;样品测定的回收率为100.5%(n=5)。

[Abstract]
A method for the determination of flavonoids in liquor Xiaoerqingrejiedu with flow injection analysis was reported. Solutions of NaNO2<-sub>、Al(NO3<-sub>)3<-sub>and NaOH were used as the mobile phase. This method overcame the shortcomings of classical method,which needed a longer analytical time with difficultly controlled reaction time. Analytical speed of the method attained 150 times per hour. When rutin was used as external standard,the calibration curve was linar over the range of 50~250 μg-mL. Equation was C=8. 407 ×10-5<-sup>H-33. 88,r=0. 9997,The average recovery was 100.5 %.
