采用高效薄层预制板, 用双向展开薄层色谱法分离检测黄藤素中掺杂的人工合成黄连素, 在波长λ＝365nm下荧光定位,用薄层扫描法测定其含量。此法还可测定黄藤素中巴马汀与药根碱的含量, 方法简便、快速、准确、重现性好。

A two dimensional thin layer chromatographic method was established to determine the amount of synthetic berberine mixed in fibrauretinum as adulterant by HPTLC plate. Flurecence localization was at λ =365 nm. The method has been applied for the quantitative determination of plamatine and jatorrhizine in fibrauretinum and proved to be simple, sccurate and reproducible.
