苦豆子中生物碱具有一定水溶性，用氯仿难以提取完全。笔者采用水或pH＝5．6的醋酸缓冲液作提取液，即将其中的生物碱转化成生物碱盐的方法，提取苦豆子中的生物碱。经DU－7紫外分光光度计测试，最大吸收波长为417nm，线性范围0～13μg／mL，变异系数0．65%，回收率：水提取为98．23%；醋酸缓冲液提取为98．72%，结果表明：测试数据准确，方法可行

Alkaloids in Sophora alopecuroides L, were water soluble to a certain extent,but can not be completely extracted by chloroform.
