采用薄层扫描法测定复方女贞子胶囊中齐墩果酸的含量。以硅胶G为薄层吸附剂，环乙烷-丙酮-乙酸乙酯（4：2：1）为展开剂，10%硫酸乙醇为显色剂，用DS－930薄层扫描仪，在λ_S=530um，λ_R＝680um波长处扫描。本法的平均回收率为99．22%，同一批样品平行试验6欢的相对标准偏差为3．14%。

Content of oleanolic acid in compound Nuzhenzi capsule was determined by TLCS on plates of silica gel G and 0. 5% CMC-Na solution. The plates were developed in a solvent system of cyclohexane-acetone-ethyl acetate(4: 2: 1 )and colored with 10% sulfuric acid-ethanol solution- Oleanolic acid was detected in the double wavelength absorbance-reflectance mode at he(530nm)and referred at AR (680 nm). The assay is linear in the range of 1. 13~9. 04 μg for oleanolic acid. Mean recovery of the assay is 99. 22%.
