继续对刺人参叶的化学成分进行研究又分出一种新皂甙,命名为刺人参甙S(cirenseno-sideS)。通过测定理化常数、光谱数据等,鉴定其结构为3－O－β－吡喃葡萄糖基3β－羟基齐墩果－9(11),12－二烯－28－酸－28－O－α－L－吡喃鼠李糖基(1→4)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基(1→6)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖甙。

Further investigation of the chemical constituents in the leaves of Oplopanaz elatus Nakai resulted in the isolation of a new triterpenoid saponin which was named as cirensenoside S by physico-chemical constants and spectral studies. Its structure was elucidated as 3－O－β-D-glucopyranosyl 3β-hydroxy-olean-9(11),12-diene-28-oic acid 28-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1→4)-β-D-glucopyranosyl(1→6)-β-D-D-glucopyranoside.
