用苦丁茶饲养家兔60d，通过尿检查，血肌酐及尿素氮测定，肾组织病理学观察，结果显示尿蛋白＋～＋＋＋，部分血肌酐、尿素氮异常，出现间质性肾炎的病理学改变。表明用苦丁茶长期饲养家兔可致间质性肾炎。

Rabbits were fed with Ligustrum purirum Thunb. var. pubescens Koidx for 60d,therc after their blood creatininen and urea nitrogen were determined end renal biopsy performed. Resuits showed that protemuria was positive with elevated CV aral BUN.Renal hiopsy showedpathological change of intersticial tissue.It was concluded that long-tern administration of Kudingcha may cause intersticial nephritis in rabbite.
