用薄层扫描法对酸枣仁颗粒中菝葜皂甙元进行了含量测定。加样回收率为97．89％，RSD为1．86％，相关系数0．9995。本法可控制酸枣仁颗粒的质量。

Sarsasapogenin in "Suanzaoren granule"was determined quantitatively by TLC scanner. The method is simple,accurate,sensitive and reproducible. The average recovery was 97.89% ,coefficient of variation was 1.86%. and coefficient of correlation was 0.9995. Results showed that this method is suitable for the quality control of "Suanzaoren granule.”
