从祁州漏芦Rhaponticumuniflorum（L.）DC的地上部位分得7个植物蜕皮激素类化合物，经理化性质和光谱数据分析，鉴定其中6个为蜕皮甾酮20，22-单异丙叉物（ecdysterone20，22－monoacetonide，Ⅰ），rubrosterone（Ⅱ），rhapisterone（Ⅲ），viticosteronE（Ⅳ），筋骨草素C（ajusteroneC，Ⅴ），蜕皮甾酮（ecdysterone，Ⅶ）。Ⅱ、Ⅳ为首次从祁州漏芦属中得到，Ⅲ为首次从该植物中得到。

Six phytoecdysteroids were isolated from the aerial parts of Rhaponticum uniflmum and identified as ecdysterone 20,22-monoacetonide(I)，rubrosterone(Ⅱ)，rhapisterone C (Ⅲ)，viticosteron E (Ⅳ),alusteroneC (Ⅴ)and ecdysterone (VI),on the basis of spectral data and physico-chemical properties. This is the first time that compounds Ⅱ,Ⅲand Ⅳ were isolated from the plant.
