从腺梗莶SiegesbeckiapubescensMakino中分得8个化合物，根据IR、1H，13CNMR、2DNMR、MS光谱分析鉴定为莶醚酸（siegesmetlylethericacid，Ⅰ）、对映-16β，17-二羟基贝壳杉烷-19-羧酸（ent－16β，17－dihvdroxy－kauran－19－cioacid，Ⅱ）、β-谷甾醇（Ⅲ）、单棕榈酸甘油酯（glycerovlmononalmltate，Ⅳ）、豆甾醇（Ⅴ）、阿魏酸（ferulicacid，Ⅳ）、奇任醇（kirenol，Ⅶ）、琥珀酸（succinicacid，Ⅷ）。其中Ⅰ为一个新化合物，Ⅳ、Ⅵ和Ⅷ为首次从该植物中分得。

Fight compounds have been isolated from the herb SiegPSbeckia pubescens Makino. Their structures were elucidated by chemical and spectral methods as siegesmethyletheric acid (Ⅰ)，ent-16β,17-dihydroxy-kauran-19 oic acid(Ⅱ)，β-sitosterol(Ⅲ),glyceryl monopalmitate(Ⅳ).stigmasterol(Ⅴ),ferulic acid(VI),kirenol(Ⅶ)and succinic acid (Ⅷ)。I is a new compound.Ⅳ，VI”and VII are isolated from the species S. pubescens Makino for the first time.
