用反相HPLC法测定了紫菀中槲皮素的含量。实验采用ODS柱，以0.4％磷酸溶液-甲醇（1：1）为流动相，360nm为检测波长，用外标法测定。回收率为97．39％，RSD0.39％，线性范围为8～40μg／mL。本法快速、简便、重现性好，可用于原材料的质量控制。

Rp-HPLC method was developed for the determination of quercetin in Aster tataricus I.f. . ODS column was used with a mobile phase of methanol-0.4％ phosphoric acid (1:1)and detected at 360 nm. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. External standard was used and the calibration curve was linear over the range 8一40 μg/mL(r=0.9998).The extraction recovery was 97.39％ (RSD=0.39％).The method was simple ,rapid ,and well reproducible. It can be used as a reliable method for the quality control of raw material.
