从水杨梅根Adinarubella中分得7个成分,经光谱和化学方法鉴定为:5-hydroxy-2-methylchromone7-O-β-D-xylopyranosyl(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranoside(Ⅰ),5-hydroxy-2-methylchromone7-O-β-D-apiofuranosyl(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranoside(Ⅱ),2,4,6-trimethoxy-Phynol-1-O-β-D-apiofuranosyl-(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranoside(Ⅲ),strictosidinicacid(Ⅳ),barman-3-carboxylicacid(Ⅴ),马钱素(loganin,Ⅵ),2-O-α-D-glucopyranosyl-D-glucose(Ⅶ),其中Ⅲ为新化合物。

Seven compounds,5-hydroxy-2-methylchromone-7-O-13-D-xylopyranosyl(1→6)-R-D-glucopyranoside(I),5-hydroxy-2-methylchromone-7-()-β-D-apiofuranosyl-(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranoside(Ⅱ),2,4,6-trimethoxyphenol-l-U-β-D-apiofuranosyl-(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranoside(Ⅲ),strictosidinic acid(Ⅳ),harman-3-carboxylic acid(V),loganin (Ⅵ),2-()-α-D-glucopyranosyl-D-glucose (Ⅶ),were isolat-ed from the root of Adi-na rubella Hance. Their structures were established by chemical methods and spectral analysis. Among them. was a new compound.
