建立了一套超临界CO₂流体萃取实验装置, 对光菇子的秋水仙碱(colchine)成分进行了超临界CO₂流体萃取研究, 并用HPLC法作了含量测定。结果表明, 加夹带剂的超临界CO₂流体萃取法的提取率约提高为传统溶剂萃取法的1.25倍。

An experimental set-up has been established for supercritical CO₂ fluid extraction. A study on supercritical CO₂ fluid extraction of colchicine from Guangguzi (Iphigenia indica ) was carried out. The assay of colchicine was performed by HPLC. Results showed that the extraction rate of supercritical CO₂ fluid extraction with entrainer was about 1. 25 times as that of traditional solvent extraction.
