用薄层扫描法测定了古汉养生精片中黄茂甲惑的含量，并对转移率进行了探讨，结果表明其片中黄茂甲式含量为0．099％，RSD=1．74％，转移率为51．9％。

Content of astragaloside in Guhanyangshengjing tablets was determined by TLC-scanning together with its percentage of transfer. Results indicated that the content of astragaloside was 0.099% (RSD=1.74%) and the percentage of transfer was 51.88%.
