从桑科榕属植物无花果Ficus carica L．的乙酸乙酯提取物中分得3个香豆素类化合物，其中一个为新香豆素。经体外活性检测，它们均具有明显的抗表皮癌、抑制人胃癌BGC－823瘤株和人结肠癌HCT细胞瘤活性。

Three coumarin compounds were separated and identified from ethyl acetate extract of Ficus carica L..One of which was found to be a new coumarin with in vitro anticancer activity against human epidermis A₄₃₁，gastric carcinoma BGC-823 and colon HCT.
