从土茯苓Smilaxglabra根茎中分得9个化合物,经化学方法和光谱分析分别鉴定为槲皮素(Ⅱ),上茯苓甙(Ⅲ),琥珀酸(Ⅳ),棕榈酸(Ⅴ),豆甾醇-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖甙(Ⅵ),胡萝卜甙(Ⅶ)及豆甾醇和谷甾醇的混合物(Ⅷ,Ⅸ)(化合物Ⅰ另文报道).Ⅲ为一新化合物,其化学结构为5,7-二羟基色原酮-3-O-α-L一鼠李糖甙,命名为土茯苓甙.Ⅵ和Ⅷ为首次从该植物中分得.

Nine compounds were isolated from Smilax glabra Roxb.Eight of them were identified as quercetin(Ⅱ),tufulingoside(Ⅲ ),succinic acid(Ⅳ), palmitic acid(Ⅴ),stigmasterol-3-O-β-D-glucopyrano(Ⅵ),sitosterol3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(Ⅶ)and a mixture of stigmasterol (Ⅷ)and β-sitos-terol(Ⅸ) by chemical and spectral analysis,was a new compound,its chemical structure was 5,7-dihydroxyl-chromone-3-α-L-rhamnopyranoside, named tufulingoside.Ⅵ and Ⅷ were found from this plant for the first time.Compound Ⅰ will be reported seperately in a forthcoming article.
