淫羊藿甙是从朝鲜淫羊藿中提取的主要单体。采用依赖细胞株法和乳酸脱氢酶4h释放法,分别检测了淫羊藿甙协同诱生IL-2、IL-3、IL-6,及对NK、LAK细胞杀伤活性的影响。结果表明:建羊藿甙可协同PHA诱导扁桃体单个核细胞产生IL-2、3、6呈剂量依赖关系,动力学观察表明:IL-2、IL-6的分泌高峰时相为作用后48h,IL-3的分泌高峰时相为作用后72h。淫羊藿甙可以提高扁桃体单个核细胞NK、LAK细胞杀伤活性;动力学观察表明:在诱导第5天时LAK细胞杀伤活性最强。提示淫羊藿甙是一种有效的生物反应调节剂。

=Icarrin is the main monomer extracted and purified from Epimedium koreanumnakai. Using dependent cell lines and LDH release assay,the synergistic effects of icarrin on inducing IL-2.3,6 and enhancingnK,LAK cell activity were studied. Results showed that icarrin can induce tonsil mononuclear cells to produce IL-2,1L-3,and IL-6 in collaboration with PHA in a dose-dependent manner. IL-2 and IL-6 peaked at48h after re-action,and IL-3 peaked at72h. Icarrin enhancednK and LAK cell activity dose-dependently;the LAK activitypeaked on the5th day. These results suggested that icarnn may be an effective BRM agent.
