采用GC-MS计算机联用仪,对蔓荆子不同炮制品的挥发油进行了分析研究。结果表明,炮制后挥发油含量减少,质量发生变化。共分离鉴定出26个化合物,生品和微炒品均检出26个。炒焦品检出20个,炒炭品检出16个。

Components of volatile oil in differently processed products of Vite.h crifolia var.simplicifolia Cham.were analysed with GC-MS-computer method.Results showed that content of volatile oil was decreased and its quality changed after processing.A total of 26 components were identified.There were 26 in raw sample,26 in slightly roasted samp1e,20 in burnt sample and 16 in charred sample.
