从中药茶芎LigusticumsinenseOliv.cv.Chaxiong的挥发油中分得5个具抗惊活性的苯酞类化合物，经化学和光谱分析鉴定为丁烯基苯酞（Ⅰ）、藁本内酯（Ⅱ）、丁基苯酞（Ⅲ）、新蛇床内酯（Ⅳ）和东川芎内酯（Ⅴ）。

In the essential Oil of Ligusticum sinense Oliv cv.Chaxiong,five phthalides with anticonvulsive activities were isolated and identified as butylidenephthalide(I),ligustilide(Ⅱ),butylphthalide(Ⅲ),neocnidilide(Ⅳ),and senkyunolide(V) on the basis of spectral data.
