从大戟科植物一品红Euphorbia pulcherrima茎叶中分得8个化合物,经理化常数和光谱分析鉴定为:5,7-二甲氧基香豆素(5,7-dimethoxycoumarin,1),β-谷甾醇(Ⅱ),邻苯二甲酸双-(2-乙基)已醇酯[1,2-benzenedicarboxylicacidbis(2-ethylhexyl)ester,Ⅲ),正十八烷酸(octadecylicacid,Ⅳ),丁香酸(syringicacid,Ⅴ),阿魏酸(ferulicacid,Ⅵ),胡萝卜甙(Ⅶ)和芦丁(Ⅷ)。这些化合物均为首次从该植物中分得。

[Abstract]
Eight compounds were isolated from the aerial parts of Euphorbia pulcherrima.By combination of physical constants,chemical reaction and spectral analyses,they were identified as 5.7-dimethoxycoumarin(I),β-sitosterol(Ⅱ),1,2-benzenedicarboxylic acid bis ( 2-ethylhexyl) ester(Ⅲ),octadecylic acid (Ⅳ),syringic acid(V),ferulic acid(Ⅵ).daucosterol(Ⅶ) and rutin (Ⅷ).All of them are isolated from the plant for the firs time.
