利用高效液相手段测量了浙贝母种子低温解除休眠过程中的内源激素变化,结果表明,GA₃的含量有-个上升的过程；ABA的含量总体呈下降趋势；IAA的含量变化呈降-平-升-降的趋势。3种内源激素在3～5℃和8～10℃两种温度条件下各自的变化规律相似,但每段变化的时间跨度不同。

By means of HPLC,the changes of endogenous hormones in the process of releasing dormancy in Fritillaria thunbergii Miq. seeds were determined. The results indicated that the content of GA3 had a process of increase while the content of ABA was reduced in general. The content of IAA showed a downward-plateau-up-ward-downward curve in the process of releasing dormancy. When the dormancy of the seeds were released at temperatures 8^100C and 3^}50C, changing pattern of each of the three endogenous hormones were similar,but the duration spanning each change were different.
