从菊科植物大花千里光Senecioambraceus全草的甲醇提取物中首次分离并鉴定了5种吡咯里西啶生物碱,它们是千里光碱（senecionine,Ⅰ）、全缘千里光碱（integerrimine,Ⅱ）、千里光菲灵碱（seneciphylline,Ⅲ）、克氏千里光碱（senkirkine,Ⅳ）和倒千里光碱（retrorsine,v）。

Five pyrrolizidine alkaloids were isolated and identified from methanol extract of Senecio ambraceus Turcz. for the first time. They were senecionine(I),integerrimine(Ⅱ),seneciphylline(Ⅲ),senkirkine(Ⅳ) and retrorsine(V).
