从羊红膻根的乙醚提取物中分得5个成分，经理化性质和光谱分析，确定它们的结构分别为佛手柑内酯（bergapten，Ⅰ），异紫花前胡内酯（marmesin，Ⅱ），七叶内酯二甲醚（scoparone，Ⅲ），东莨菪内酯（scopoletin，Ⅳ）和异皮定（isofraxidin，Ⅴ）。此5个成分均系首次从本植物中分得。

From ethereal extract of the root of Pimpinella thellungiana Wolff,five compounds were isolated and identified by physical,chemical and spectroscopic methods. They are bergapten(Ⅰ ),marmesin(Ⅱ ),scoparone(Ⅲ ),scopoletin(Ⅳ )and isofraxidin(Ⅴ ). All of them were obtained from this plant for the first time.
