[摘要]
利用翻转小鼠离体小肠囊的方法,观察炙甘草和甘草酸对葡萄糖-钠转运电位的影响,借以了解炙甘草和甘草酸对与糖-纳转运电位密切相关的Na+、K+-ATP酶的影响.结果100g/L炙甘草和2.5mmol/L甘草酸均可降低PD(P<0.01),推测炙甘草和甘草酸可对Na+、K+-ATP酶产生抑制作用.

Electrical potential difference (FD) was measured across the wall of reverted small intesUnal sacs of mice. The effem of glycyrrhizic acid on transmural potential related to Na一and glucose transport were investigated.lt was found that both zhigancao (100g/L)and glycyrrhizic acid (2. 5mmol/L)decreased the PD (P<0. 01).According to the theory of active transport of glucose,we inferred that zhigancao and glycyrrhiz}c acid posstblv produce an inhibitiory effect on Na+. K+-ATP ase.resulted in a blocking effect on sodium channel.
