从管花马兜铃Aristolochiatubflora中分离并鉴定了7个化合物,分别为棕榈酮(Ⅰ)、β-谷甾醇(Ⅱ)、欧朴吗素－7(Ⅲ)、豆甾烷－3、6－二酮(Ⅳ)、香草酸(Ⅴ)、豆甾－4－烯－3,6－二酮(Ⅵ)、奥伦胺乙酰化物(Ⅶ),其中化合物Ⅲ和Ⅶ为首次从该属植物中分得化合物Ⅶ具有细胞毒活性.

Seven constituents were isolated from the stem and root of Aristolochao tabflora Dunn. They were identified as palmitone (Ⅰ),p-sitosterol(Ⅱ),eupomatenoid-7(Ⅲ),stigmastame-3, 6-dione(Ⅳ),vanillic acid(V),stigmast-4-en-3,6-dione(Ⅵ) aurantiamide acetate(Ⅶ).Ⅶ showed cytotoxicity against A-549,MCF-7,HT-29 cells in culture.
