首次报道托盘根乙酸乙酯萃取物体外实验能显著抑制大鼠心、肝、脑、肾组织中过氧化脂质的生成;连续灌胃15d能显著抑制小鼠血浆及脑、肝中过氧化脂质的生成。表明托盘根具有抗组织脂质过氧化作用。

Experiments in vitro demonstr2ted for the first time that an EtOAc extract of roots of Rebus crataegifolius Bge, can markedly inhibit the formation of lipid peroxide in rat brain, heart.liver and kidney tissues, When administered intragastrically for 15 successive days, the EtOAc extract markedly inhibited the formation of lipid peroxide in plasma and tissues of liver and brain of mice.The above results showed that the EtOAc extract from roots of R, crataegifolius Bge, had anti-lipid peroxidation effect.
