The technology of processing carbonized CepHalanoplo segetu, was optimized by usi-ng orthogonal experiment design.Results showed that the best way is to stir-fry in a pan for 5 min at 210℃, The contents of trace elements in the preparedspecimen were found to he significantly increased.
