采用高效液相色谱法对白芍总甙中芍药甙进行了含量测定。方法简便、灵敏度高、重现性好。

Quantitative determination of paeoniflorin in paeonialbi}losides by HPLC was describ·ed.The average recovery was found to be 101, 08%, and relative standard deviations(RSD)1, 9000.The calibration curve was linear in the range from 2.Oμg/ml to 10.0μg/ml with r=0.9999.It was shown that the method is convenient, sensitive and with good reproducibi-lily.
