从中药山茱萸中分离并鉴定了10种化合物：熊果酸（Ⅰ），5，5’－二甲基糠醛醚（Ⅱ），5－羟甲基糠醛（Ⅲ），没食子酸（Ⅳ），3，5－二羟基苯甲酸（Ⅴ），马钱素（Ⅵ），7－O－甲基莫诺甙（Ⅶ），7－脱氢马钱素（Ⅷ），β－谷甾醇（Ⅸ）和脱水莫诺甙元（Ⅹ）。其中Ⅹ为首次从天然界中分得，Ⅱ、Ⅲ和Ⅷ为第一次从山茱萸科植物中分得。

Ten compounds isolated from Cornus officinalis Sieb. et Zucc. were identified as ursolic acid (Ⅰ), 5, 5'-di-α-furaldehydic dimethyl ether (Ⅱ), 5-hydroxymethylfurfural (Ⅲ), gallic acid (Ⅳ), 3, 5-dihydroxybenzoic acid (Ⅴ), loganin (Ⅵ), 7-O -methylmorroniside (Ⅶ),7-dehydrologanin (Ⅷ ), β-sitosterol (Ⅸ), and dehydromorroniaglycone (Ⅹ) on the basis of physicochemical constants and spectral analyais. Ⅹ was found from nature for the first time and named as dehydromorroniaglycone. Ⅱ, Ⅲ and Ⅷ wero also isolated for the first time from cnrnuceoc.
