                  从中药山茱萸中分离并鉴定了10种化合物:熊果酸(Ⅰ),5,5’-二甲基糠醛醚(Ⅱ),5-羟甲基糠醛(Ⅲ),没食子酸(Ⅳ),3,5-二羟基苯甲酸(Ⅴ),马钱素(Ⅵ),7-O-甲基莫诺甙(Ⅶ),7-脱氢马钱素(Ⅷ),β-谷甾醇(Ⅸ)和脱水莫诺甙元(Ⅹ)。其中Ⅹ为首次从天然界中分得,Ⅱ、Ⅲ和Ⅷ为第一次从山茱萸科植物中分得。

                  [Abstract]
                  Ten compounds isolated from Cornus officinalis Sieb. et Zucc. were identified as ursolic acid (Ⅰ), 5, 5'-di-α-furaldehydic dimethyl ether (Ⅱ), 5-hydroxymethylfurfural (Ⅲ), gallic acid (Ⅳ), 3, 5-dihydroxybenzoic acid (Ⅴ), loganin (Ⅵ), 7-O -methylmorroniside (Ⅶ),7-dehydrologanin (Ⅷ ), β-sitosterol (Ⅸ), and dehydromorroniaglycone (Ⅹ) on the basis of physicochemical constants and spectral analyais. Ⅹ was found from nature for the first time and named as dehydromorroniaglycone. Ⅱ, Ⅲ and Ⅷ wero also isolated for the first time from cnrnuceoc.
