建立了同时测定粉防已StephaniatetrandraS．Moore中粉防己碱、去甲粉防己碱及小檗胺等3种双苄基异喹啉生物碱含量的简便精确的高效液相色谱法，用YGW－C1810μm为固定相及甲醇-乙腈-水（3：1：1）含0．06％二乙胺为流动相，种生物碱在10min内可以完全分离。

A simple and precise method using high-performane. liquid chromatography was developed for the simultaneous determination of three bisbenzylisoquinoline alkaloids, namely tetrandrine, demethyltetrandrine and berbamine, in Stephania tetrandra S. Moore.A reversed-phase system consisting of chemically bonded ODS silica gel column and methanolacetonitrile-H₂O (3: 1:1) containing 0.06% diethylamine as the mobile phase was used. The three alkaloids were completely separated within 10 min. The analytical results for various samples were presented.
