从中药肉苁蓉的正品原植物肉苁蓉CistanchedeserticolaMa的干燥肉质茎中分离和鉴定了16个化合物，经化学反应和光谱分析分别鉴定为葡萄糖、蔗糖、甜菜碱、甘露醇、琥珀酸、β-谷甾醇、胡萝卜甙、8－表马钱子甙酸、里立脂素甙和7个苯丙甙类成分表角甾甙、2’－乙酰基麦角甾甙、海胆甙及肉苁蓉甙A、B、C、H，其中肉苁蓉甙B、C、H属本属植物中首次报道。

Three phenylethanoid glycosides cistanoside B, C, H and a lignan liriodendrin were isolated from (Cistanche deserticola) for the first time. Their structures were identified on the basis of chemical and spectral evidences.β-sitosterol, daucosterol, 8-epiloganic acid, acteoside, mannitol, 2'-acetylacteoside, echinacoside and cistanoside A were also isolated.
