夏天无总碱(简称Ⅰ)2mg/kg静脉注射在心脏的稳定期, 缺血期和复灌期均具有显著减慢HR, 降低MAP的作用;而对各期LVP和dp/dt数值虽表现出减低性影响, 但作用无显著性意义。结果显示(Ⅰ)2mg/kg能显著对抗缺血性和复灌性心律失常的效应, 特别是能明显抑制复灌期室颤的发生率及严重程度。

Summer without a total base (hereinafter referred to as Ⅰ) 2 mg/kg intravenous injection in the plateau of the heart, blood stage and filling stage were significantly slow the HR, reduce the role of the MAP;For each phase of the LVP and dp/dt value is shown to reduce impact, but there was no significant meaning.Results show that (Ⅰ) 2 mg/kg significantly against ischemic and after filling effect of arrhythmia, especially can obviously inhibit the complex ventricular fibrillation incidence and severity of irrigation period.
