报道了用反相高效液相色谱法测定丁公藤注射液中东莨菪内酯(TSCO)含量的方法。色谱柱:岛津CLC-ODS柱(5μm);流动相:甲醇-水-冰醋酸(38:62:0.19);流速:0.9ml/min;检测波长:310nm;柱温:50℃;内标:丙酮。在0.4～16μg范围内线性良好, r=1.0000。平均回收率为97.71±0.99%(P=0.05, CV=1.53%, n=12), 稳定性、重视性均较好, 可作为丁公藤注射液的质量控制手段之一。
