用双波长薄层扫描法对市售各厂家生产的抗病毒口服液中莪葜皂甙元进行了含量测定。加样回收率为102．8％，相关系数r＝0．9997，CV＝3．7％。本法可控制抗病毒口服液的质量。

Sarsasapogenin in "antivirotic oral liquid" made by different factories was determined quantitatively by duble-wavelength TLC scanner. The method is simple, accurate, sensitive,and reproducible. The average recovery was 102.8%, coefficient of variation was 3.7%, andcoefficient of correlation was 0.9997. Results showed that this method is suitable for the quality control of "antivirotic oral liquid ".
