药物肾毒性已成为医药界广泛关注的问题,而生物标志物在早期诊断及干预过程中尤为重要。主要阐述肾小球损伤标志物(β2-MG、CysC)、肾小管损伤标志物(clusterin、KIM-1、TFF-3、albumin)和其他生物标志物(NGAL、LFABP、IL-18、OPN、microRNA等)对肾毒性早期诊断的意义及其优劣势,为药物肾毒性评价提供新思路。

Drug nephrotoxicity has become a widespread concern in the medical community, and biomarkers are particularly important in the process of early diagnosis and intervention. This review expounds mainly the significance of glomerular markers(β2 microglobulin and cystatin C), tubular markers(clusterin, kidney injury molecule 1, trefoil factor-3, albumin) and other biomarkers (neutrophil gelatinase-associated lipocalin, liver fatty acid binding protein, interleukin-18, osteopontin, microRNAs, etc.) in early diagnosis of nephrotoxicity, as well as their advantages and disadvantages, which provide new thoughts for evaluating the nephrotoxicity of drugs.
