乳腺癌是女性发病率最高的恶性肿瘤之一。化学治疗是乳腺癌临床治疗的主要手段之一,然而乳腺癌细胞对化疗药物产生的MDR成为乳腺癌治疗的瓶颈。miRNA是一种存在于真核生物中的内源性非编码短链RNA,广泛参与到增殖、凋亡等多种生理过程。近年来,有关miRNA在乳腺癌MDR中的作用及机制研究取得了诸多进展,因此就miRNA调控乳腺癌MDR分子机制的研究进展做一综述。

Breast cancer is one of the highest incidence of malignant tumors in women. Chemotherapy is one of the major methods for the clinical treatment of breast cancer. However, the MDR of breast cancer cells to chemotherapy drugs has become a bottleneck in the treatment of breast cancer. miRNAs are short endogenous noncoding RNAs exist in eukaryotes and widely involved in various physiological processes such as proliferation and apoptosis. In recent years, many advances have been made in studies on the effects and mechanisms of miRNA in breast cancer MDR. This article reviews the research progress of miRNA regulation mechanisms on breast cancer MDR.
