目的对5种用于治疗卵巢癌的多腺苷二磷酸核糖聚合酶（PARP）抑制剂进行量化临床快速综合评价，为其临床合理应用和医疗机构药品遴选提供参考。方法依据《中国医疗机构药品评价与遴选快速指南（第三版）》，结合药品说明书、国内外官方网站数据等，从有效性、安全性、药学特性、经济性、其他属性5个维度对奥拉帕利、尼拉帕利、氟唑帕利、帕米帕利、塞纳帕利5种PARP抑制剂进行快速综合评价。结果奥拉帕利以78.2分位列第一，各维度表现均衡且核心临床维度优势显著，为优先推荐品种；尼拉帕利以72.3分位居第二，有效性维度表现突出，为推荐品种；氟唑帕利（69.5分）、帕米帕利（65.8分）分别排名第三、第四，两者安全性优势明显，但核心有效性维度存在短板，塞纳帕利（67.5分）药学特性优势显著，然而长期临床循证证据尚待完善，后三者均为审慎推荐/保留品种。结论 5种药品在各评价维度呈现不同优势与特点。

Objective To conduct a quantitative rapid clinical comprehensive evaluation of five poly-ADP-ribose polymerase (PARP) inhibitors for the treatment of ovarian cancer, so as to provide reference for their rational clinical application and drug selection in medical institutions. Methods Based on the Quick Guideline for Drug Evaluation and Selection in Chinese Medical Institutions (the Third Edition), combined with drug instructions, data from domestic and foreign official websites, etc. A rapid comprehensive evaluation was performed on five PARP inhibitors (olaparib, niraparib, fluzoparib, pamiparib, and senaparib) from five dimensions: effectiveness, safety, pharmaceutical characteristics, economy, and other attributes. Results Olaparib ranked first with a score of 78.2, demonstrating balanced performance across all dimensions and significant advantages in core clinical dimensions, making it the preferred recommended agent. Niraparib ranked second with a score of 72.3, showing outstanding performance in the effectiveness dimension, and is recommended as a secondary option. Fluozoparib (score: 69.5) and pamiparib (score: 65.8) ranked third and fourth, respectively. Both exhibited obvious safety advantages but had shortcomings in core effectiveness dimensions. Serplulib (score: 67.5) showed significant advantages in pharmaceutical properties, but long-term clinical evidence remains to be improved. The latter three agents are recommended for cautious consideration or retention. Conclusion The five drugs show different advantages and characteristics in each evaluation dimension.
