[摘要]
目的 采用文献计量学方法可视化分析人参皂苷Rg3相关研究领域研究热点并分析前沿趋势,为人参皂苷Rg3后续基础药理研究、制剂转化开发及临床研究开展提供参考。方法 检索1996年1月—2026年2月中国学术期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、万方数据库(Wanfang)、维普生物医学数据库(VIP)和Web of Science数据库中人参皂苷Rg3相关中、英文文献,利用Note Express完成文献去重与筛选,运用Excel、CieSpace、VOSviewer等软件,从年度发文趋势、发文国家、机构、作者合作网络、关键词共现、聚类等多维度开展计量与可视化分析。结果 共纳入中文文献2 323篇、英文文献1 270篇。人参皂苷Rg3相关发文量呈持续增长趋势,其中中文文献发文总量占主导优势,英文文献单篇被引质量更高。中国为该领域发文量最多的国家,韩国、美国紧随其后;吉林大学、长春中医药大学和吉林农业大学是该研究领域的主要研究机构。中文文献中以李平亚、鱼红闪为核心作者,英文研究领域的核心团队为Kang Kisung。当前该领域研究高度聚焦人参皂苷Rg3结构修饰与生物转化、多通路抗肿瘤机制;近年研究前沿主要集中于代谢组学分析、分子机制深度解析、纳米粒及脂质体等新型药物递送系统的构建,同时神经保护、肠道菌群、免疫联合治疗等新兴研究方向持续拓展。结论 人参皂苷Rg3研究领域正处于蓬勃发展阶段,未来应加强跨区域、跨国学术合作,推进人参皂苷Rg3新型递药系统转化与高质量临床评价,拓展其在肿瘤免疫、神经退行性疾病、代谢病等领域的应用研究。

[Abstract]
Objective To visualize and analyze research hotspots in the field of ginsenoside Rg3 using bibliometric methods, and to explore emerging trends, providing reference for future basic pharmacological studies, formulation development, and clinical research on ginsenoside Rg3. Methods Relevant Chinese and English literature on ginsenoside Rg3 was retrieved from the China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), Wanfang, VIP Biomedical Database, and Web of Science databases between January 1996 and February 2026. Duplicate records were removed and screened using Note Express. Bibliometric and visualization analyses were conducted using Excel, CiteSpace, and VOSviewer, covering multiple dimensions including annual publication trends, countries and institutions, author collaboration networks, keyword co-occurrence, and clustering. Results A total of 2 323 Chinese articles and 1 270 English articles were included. The number of publications on ginsenoside Rg3 has shown a continuous upward trend, with Chinese publications dominating in volume while English publications demonstrated higher citation impact per article. China is the leading country in terms of publication output, followed by Korea and the United States. Jilin University, Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and Jilin Agricultural University are the main research institutions in this field. In Chinese literature, Li Pingya and Yu Hongshan are key authors, whereas Kang Kisung leads the core research team in English-language studies. Current research focuses heavily on structural modification and biotransformation of ginsenoside Rg3, as well as its multi-pathway anti-tumor mechanisms. Recent research frontiers include metabolomics analysis, in-depth exploration of molecular mechanisms, and the development of novel drug delivery systems such as nanoparticles and liposomes. Emerging research directions continue to expand into neuroprotection, gut microbiota, and immune combination therapies. Conclusion The field of ginsenoside Rg3 research is currently experiencing rapid growth. Future efforts should strengthen cross-regional and international academic collaborations, promote the translation of novel drug delivery systems, advance high-quality clinical evaluation, and broaden applications in tumor immunology, neurodegenerative diseases, and metabolic disorders.
